Hospitality Practice Group Lead
As a former restaurant manager, chef and owner of her own catering business, Gretchen has a deep, first-hand understanding of the unique needs and challenges of those in the Hospitality sector.
Prior to engaging professionally in the hospitality space, Gretchen honed her medical knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry, spending a number of years with Wyeth, Schering Plough and Pfizer in sales and customer relationship positions.
Gretchen earned a degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University and a Culinary Arts degree from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. Gretchen also volunteers at Albertson’s Cooking School, a non-profit entity focused on supporting the Ronald McDonald House and Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
Gretchen is AED/CPR Certified and a member of the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association, Parent Heart Watch and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation
