Frank has over 28 years of leadership experience in the health and fitness sector. Currently he is the President of 24 Hour Fitness, a leading health club industry pioneer, serving nearly 4 million members in more than 400 clubs across the U.S. Frank is also CEO of Black Dog Partners, a firm that invests in emerging fitness and wellness brands and Chairman of Wexer, an enterprise offering digitally guided exercise and fitness and is a member of the Board of Fresh Fitness, AS, a Danish gym chain. Additionally, he is the CEO of a Club Realty Group, Inc. and HealthFit, Inc., both privately held real estate and asset holding companies.
From 2006 through 2012, Frank served as President, CEO and Executive Chairman of GlobalFit, an innovative company focusing on activity-based corporate wellness programs. Before leading GlobalFit, he was Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development at Town Sports International, Inc., the largest owner and operator of athletic clubs in the Northeastern United States and owner of the New York Sports Clubs brand. Prior to his direct engagement in the health and fitness arena, Frank practiced accounting and law with two nationally-recognized firms.
Frank is a past Chairman of the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) and served two terms its Board of Directors. He is frequent speaker for IHRSA and other fitness industry events around the world including CanFitPro, The Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals and EHFA, the European Health and Fitness Association.
Frank received his J.D. at the Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. in Finance, Accounting and Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
