John
Ehinger - Chief Executive Officer
Before
joining CardioReady, John was the Chief Operating
Officer of Willis Re. A division of Willis Group
Holdings, Willis Re is one of the world’s largest
reinsurance intermediaries. During his twelve years
at Willis Re, he held a variety of other positions,
including President of its North American entity,
Sales Leader for the Northeastern United States,
and Producing Broker. During John’s time with Willis
Re, the company dramatically increased its revenues,
profits, and capabilities, particularly in the United
States.
Prior to Willis Re, John was a broker
at Sedgwick Re, another reinsurance intermediary,
where he integrally managed several large client
accounts and posted a successful track record of
new business generation. John entered the insurance
sector in 1993 with Seltzer, Serra & Bonnett, a
Philadelphia-based retail insurance brokerage. Beginning
his career in 1990 as a credit analyst with Marian
Bank, a small, private bank in Philadelphia, he
also has prior experience with commercial lending
to small and medium sized businesses.
John
holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University
and received an MBA with honors in Finance from
the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees
of the Pennsylvania Chapter of The Nature Conservancy.
John is AED/CPR Certified and a member of the following organizations: Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association, Parent Heart Watch, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation and American Heart Association.
Andy
has strong experience in owning and operating service-based
and manufacturing businesses. He has served as President
and was also a primary investor for Echolab, Inc.,
a Boston-based manufacturer of video production
switchers and other broadcast quality production
tools. He was also an investor and start-up CEO
for Rhombus Services, an outsourced labor company
focusing on national programs for the installation,
service and maintenance of technical specialty equipment
for companies such as McDonalds, Walgreens, and
Walmart.
Previously, Andy was the Owner and
President of The Image Bank Canada, a company that
represented international artists in licensing motion
and still images to the advertising and creative
communities. After nine years of sustained revenue
and profit growth, the company was sold to Getty
Images. He began his professional career with the
completion of the credit analyst program at National
Westminster Bank, working in various groups including
asset-based, real estate, and New York City middle
market lending.
Andy is a graduate of Fordham
University with honors in Finance and has participated
in the Executive Education Program at The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania. Andy is
AED/CPR Certified and a member of the following organizations: Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association, Parent Heart Watch, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation and American Heart Association.
Peter
Day, Chief Sales Officer / Practice Leader- Insurance
Prior to joining CardioReady, Peter served as Senior
Director of Sales for Express Scripts, Inc. where
he designed, sold, and implemented customized prescription
benefit management plans for employers and union
groups. During his long tenure at Express Scripts,
the company experienced dramatic growth and is now
one of the largest healthcare companies in the world.
Peter began his career with Aetna selling
and servicing group employee benefit programs and
services. With over 25 years of sales and client
management experience in the insurance and healthcare
sectors, Peter has a profound understanding of the
complex intersections between risk management, insurer
operations, and client requirements.
Additionally,
Peter’s career history provides him with a unique
awareness of the worldwide issue of Sudden Cardiac
Arrest and the need to deploy and manage proactive
and well-structured AED programs. Peter is a graduate
of Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Politics
and Government. Peter is AED/CPR Certified and a member of the following organizations: Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association, Parent Heart Watch and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation.
Prior
to joining CardioReady, Jim served as the Vice President
of Administration and Aerospace Operations for McCollister’s
Transportation, United Van Lines’ largest agent.
In this position, Jim designed and executed complex
cross-country aerospace move operations of the Atlas
V and Falcon 9 rockets, including U.S. defense satellites
and explosive solid rocket boosters for U.S. national
defense launch deployment. His responsibilities
also included corporate risk management, safety,
security, training, quality control, and various
other administrative responsibilities. Jim also
holds a secret security clearance as a federally-certified
Facility Security Officer.
After college,
Jim began a career in public safety, earning a position
as a police officer in Willingboro, NJ. He rose
to the rank of Captain and Commander of the uniformed
Patrol Division and SWAT team, and was also a senior
police academy instructor and Range Master. Jim
has been CPR certified for more than 30 years and
commanded the police EMT Unit, responsible for the
training and deployment of AEDs in every police
car.
Jim is a graduate of Rutgers University
with a degree in Political Science and also attended
Babson College in Boston, MA for Professional Management
and Northwestern University in Princeton, NJ for
Executive Leadership. Jim is AED/CPR Certified and a member of the following organizations: Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association, Parent Heart Watch, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation and American Heart Association.
Donna
has more than 20 years of experience in the private
and public sectors in the software technology field,
including extensive experience with hospitality
and educational organizations. Skilled in developing
programs targeted to incorporate best practices
to ensure maximum profitability of invested revenue
dollars, she has an accomplished understanding of
customer needs while also forging strong customer
relationships.
Prior to joining CardioReady,
Donna was the Director of Business Development at
MeetingMatrix, a leader in room diagramming software.
For more than seven years she managed high-level
executive accounts, including Marriott International,
Starwood, Fairmont and Ritz Carlton Hotels, while
also generating impressive revenue growth through
new business development.
Donna is a graduate
of the University of New Hampshire with a degree
in Business. Donna is AED/CPR Certified and a member of the following organizations: Sudden Cardiac Arrest Association, Parent Heart Watch and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation.
